1. Digital Service - All Sales Final

IMPORTANT: Because our product is a digital "instant access" service that provides immediate AI-generated readings, all sales are final and non-refundable once the reading is generated.

Once you have unlocked and received your full mystical reading, the service has been fully delivered. Due to the digital nature and instant delivery of our service, we cannot process refunds after the reading has been generated.

2. Before Payment

Before completing your payment, you have the opportunity to review the free teaser portion of your reading. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you understand this refund policy and agree to the terms.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your reading after payment, please contact our support team. We will investigate and, if the issue is on our end, we will provide a replacement reading or resolution.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. If you have questions about a charge, please contact Stripe support or your payment provider.
